Corey Cunningham

Corey Cunningham is a native of the Ohio Valley and was born and raised on the West Side of Cincinnati. As a graduate of Oak Hills and an alumnus of Northern Kentucky University, Corey further cemented his roots in the community he grew up. Working his way up through his career as an IT professional, he eventually launched his own IT company and has clients the world over.

When not working, Corey spends time with his wife Julie and kids Carly and Ryan. He can be found coaching both his children in their athletic pursuits. 

“I’m excited about what the future holds for the Barrels and our community,” said Cunningham. “As a kid from Cincinnati, now being able to launch a professional sports team and bring something amazing to my alma mater is a once-in-a-lifetime dream. I cannot wait to see what the future holds for our team on the field and in the community.”

Cedric Walker

Head Coach

Coach Cedric Walker comes to Kentucky with a long track record of success as an Arena Football player and coach. Walker played Arena Football for ten years as a defensive back and is known as one of the most prolific tacklers in the game. During his career, he played for multiple Arena teams and won one championship.

Coach Cedric Walker comes to Kentucky with a long track record of success as an Arena Football player and coach. Walker played Arena Football for ten years as a defensive back and is known as one of the most prolific tacklers in the game. During his career, he played for multiple Arena teams and won one championship.

After playing, Walker transitioned to coaching and spent several years as a defensive coordinator in multiple locations, including a successful stint with the San Jose SaberCats from 2012-2015. During his extensive coaching career, he developed a reputation as a tenacious defensive mastermind who builds championship-caliber defenses. 

Over the past two seasons, Walker amassed a 16-7 record with the Outlaws, including a 2024 Championship. Walker comes to Kentucky as one of the most respected and established coaches in the Arena Game.
