The Kentucky Barrels are proud to collaborate with Big Brother Big Sister of Greater Cincinnati on November 9th 2025.

Big Brother Big Sister offers mentoring relationship opportunities that help support children struggling mentally and physically. 

"Our one-to-one mentoring relationships support the critical social and emotional development needed to help build resilience and promote the mental health and well-being of thousands of children we serve across America. Now more than ever, Big Brothers Big Sisters agencies across the country are stepping up to find innovating ways in serving our communities to #KeepKidsConnected."

Our partnered event will help waitlisted kids find family-like figures right here in Cincinnati. With various options for mentorship, the Barrels are excited to blend our love for football and community into one powerful initiative. 

"92% of our Littles graduate high school, compared to 84% of their peers in Cincinnati Public Schools. Littles often report stronger self-esteem, valuable life skills, better academic performance, and a more positive outlook on life -- all thanks to their mentors."

We understand that mentorship has a positive impact on young minds, the Kentucky Barrels look forward to making a difference in the youth of Greater Cincinnati, and hope to encourage other organizations in the area to do the same!
